International rules are applied in International boundary, not in Indian boundary . The incident was took place in India, not outside the border. Those who died have families too. Well, I consider Italy is a Holy place, and I would expect more holiness in their work, especially, they tried to twist the words of one Bishop from Kerala , who were in Rome, when the incident happened..

How can you imagine that the boat is so close to the ship that the trajectory should be more inclined? only in these days they are testing the weapons. How can you say they are guilty before make the balistic tests? Moreover i saw the trajectory of the bullets: it's horizontal. How can be horizontal if they shot from 40 meters high ship? Finally it's hard for me to believe that 2 well payed soldier, with families, wasted their career for "the fun" of shooting to a fishermen boat. It's simply ridicolous.

Dude, this incident happened in my town. The FIR(First Investigation Report) has been registered and submitted in court .Based on these evidences , Kerala Police collected Guns, the witnesses within the ships, the voyager recorder etc, And because of this those 2 people are arrested.

i didn't say anything like that. I'm saying that before judging someone one should have sufficient evidence. Up to now no one can tell if they shot to fishermen or not. All must respect the presumption of innocence until proven guilty. You should reflect about your conception of justice.
