@rajesh1201 50+ years unchallenged, 50000+ songs, 45+ national/state awards, 10000s carnatic concerts, 10000s devotional songs, 17+ languages. Yet, he is most humble. He not only preaches religious tolerance, but practices it more than anyone in all of India. He went and still goes to all worship places for all his life. Its well reflected in his family. A human being can only do so much, Yesudas has already given all his life to music and for goodness of the humanity. That is most noble.

I just shared my experience, When he speaks on Humanity a lot , it should reflect in his life as well....just for an example--.Why he had not come forward as a role model and donate the amount he made through this 50th anniversary appearance..to charity or to a hospital so that it becomes a practice and others will follow that ....which willl be for a noble cause., All these shows,Devotional songs are profit making routes.

Dasettan is Great .Preaches well....But in the other side of the Coin ....years back , Same Dasettan refused to sing a prayer song in a Bank Anniversary celebration stage at Chennai where he was the chief Guest--- reason that the (money) deal did not include the song.......... We had SPB, Vani Jayaram, Chitha in other years as chief guests , some of them attended the function for free of cost......

When great legends cry u feel the pain in your heart too, such is the stiuation when great Dasettan with so much pain could not control himself and that too because it's his wish to see Guruvayoorappan. Tommorow if he dies will we be able to forgive ourselves, lets think about it and pray to Lord Krishnan to do some magic for this too. No doubt Yesudas is a genius and greatly talented Singer. It is a nice thing to give him the respect he deserves. I am not trying to divert here. I love music passionately. But providing him a special chair intentionally in order to show or highlight that Chitra and Jayachandran have to be a step lower depicts the sad state of deep rooted class conscious nature of our culture. I hope one day this will change.

Why would God choose one religion and disown all others? People who create divisions in the name of God, are the ones who don't understand God at all.
